Everyone is creative and has ideas for his/her environment. The potential to look for solutions can be found in each person. They, in fact, are an enormous source of information which can inspire and inform others. A designer should utilise such sources cunningly in order to familiarise himself/herself well with a specific project. He/she should manage a system in which the creative ideas of people can be absorbed and stored.
